& Terms geraitoto Conditions – Service Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the geraitoto platform by all users in Indonesia. Please read each section carefully before registering or using our services, as using the platform is considered acceptance of all terms and conditions set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using geraitoto services in any form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated in this document. These terms are legally binding between you as the user and geraitoto as the platform operator.
If you do not agree to any or all of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform. geraitoto reserves the right to modify, update, or add to these terms at any time without prior notice. Any such changes take effect from the moment they are published on this page.
Users who have registered and are actively using the platform are considered to have accepted the latest version of the applicable terms. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of the most recent updates.

2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full features of the geraitoto platform, users are required to create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating more than one account under the same user constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account. All activity that occurs through a user's account, whether carried out directly by the user or by a third party with access, is the responsibility of that user. Users must ensure that the information provided during registration matches their real, verifiable identity. Invalid or false data may result in account suspension and rejection of withdrawal requests.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
geraitoto users must use the platform in accordance with applicable terms and must not engage in any conduct that harms the platform, other users, or third parties. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: system manipulation, use of unauthorized automation software, identity fraud, money laundering, and any form of bonus or promotion abuse.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this service complies with the laws applicable in their place of residence. geraitoto is not liable for any legal consequences arising from the use of the platform in jurisdictions where online betting activities are prohibited.
Any content submitted by users through the platform, including comments or communications with the support team, must be respectful and must not contain harassment, threats, or unlawful content. Violations of these conduct standards may result in account suspension without prior notice.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the geraitoto platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users may make deposits via a range of available local payment methods, including bank transfers and digital wallets. The minimum deposit amount may vary depending on the chosen method and will be displayed clearly on the transaction page.
Withdrawal requests may only be made by users whose accounts have completed the identity verification process. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete may be rejected or placed on hold. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method used and the account verification status, and are generally completed within a reasonable timeframe.
geraitoto reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or a breach of promotional terms. In such cases, the platform will provide a relevant explanation to the user in question through official communication channels.

5. Account Policy – Suspension & Closure
geraitoto reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close a user's account if a breach of these terms and conditions is established. This action may be taken without prior notice if the violation is deemed serious, such as fraud, system manipulation, or illegal activity.
Users whose accounts have been suspended due to an alleged violation have the right to submit a clarification to the geraitoto team through official support channels. If the internal investigation finds no violation, the account will be reinstated in accordance with the applicable procedure.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a closure request via the support email. Any remaining balance in the account will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal procedure, provided all verification requirements have been met beforehand.
6. Intellectual Property Rights & Third-Party Links
All content available on the geraitoto platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, user interfaces, software code, and design elements, is the property of geraitoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from geraitoto.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. geraitoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
If you come across content on the platform that you believe infringes on another party's intellectual property rights, please report it through the official support channels so we can follow up in accordance with applicable terms.
7. Limitation of Liability & Changes to Terms
geraitoto provides its platform services "as is" without any specific guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. The platform is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the service, including financial losses resulting from betting decisions, technical disruptions, or unauthorized access to a user's account caused by the user's own negligence.
The terms in this document may be changed at any time by geraitoto. Updates to the terms will be published on this page with the date of the most recent update noted. Users who continue to use the platform after an update is published are considered to have accepted the updated terms.
Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the geraitoto platform will be resolved in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Indonesia. The parties agree to first attempt to settle any disagreement through mutual discussion before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
